Clear terms, before work begins.
The contracting entity, payment stages, refund, warranty, ownership and privacy contact in one place.
A concise public summary. Our standard service terms and your project statement form the contract before payment.
The contracting entity
Yonderwell is operated by Leankom Studio. The company below signs the contract, receives payment and remains responsible for delivery:
Contact and data handling
We keep this site light: no accounts, no newsletters, and writing to us opens your own mail client. To keep these pages useful, we count anonymous page views and basic interactions such as clicks and scrolls, with a small cookieless tool on our own servers — it does not identify you, nothing you type is ever recorded, and nothing is shared with anyone.
The contracting entity uses what you send to answer the enquiry and prepare or deliver the work. We do not sell it or add it to an unrelated marketing list. Privacy, access or correction questions may be sent to brief@yonderwell.com. Please do not email guest data, card details, passwords or sensitive attachments.
Orbis uses customer-owned production and payment-provider accounts. Yonderwell does not collect or store raw card numbers.
Published prices
Every engagement runs on a written contract. It sets out the governing law, how disputes are resolved, the payment stages and the acceptance criteria — the full terms arrive with your written quote, to confirm article by article before you sign. This page is a public summary of those terms, not the contract.
The Pricing page shows the current fixed amount in the currency displayed beside it. Before payment, our standard service terms and your project statement confirm scope, exclusions, total, tax, payment stages, dates and acceptance.
For Initium, Iter and a complete Orbis order, the first payment is refundable in full if you cancel within 15 calendar days after payment and before Yonderwell sends the written production-start notice. After that notice, the started stage remains payable; later stages are not charged if you stop.
Websites include a written 30-day technical-defect warranty. Orbis includes a 90-day stabilisation period.
After full payment you receive the agreed source code, your content and perpetual commercial-use rights, subject to identified third-party licences. Yonderwell retains its reusable components, tools and production methods.
