Accessibility is not an add-on here — it is part of the delivery standard. This page states our target, our practices, how we check, and how to reach us.

This statement is maintained by hand: when a new check is recorded, the date at the end moves with it.

The standard we aim for

This site is designed and accepted against WCAG 2.1 level AA — the same baseline we deliver to client websites by default.

Current state: every key page in all four languages passes automated checks with zero known violations, backed by manual keyboard walkthroughs and full rendered reviews.

What is built in

Built in from the first line, not patched on afterwards.

Semantic structureOne main heading per page; sections organised by landmarks and heading levels, so screen readers can move by structure.
Keyboard accessEvery interactive control can be focused and operated by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus state.
Live resultsResult areas of query components are announced with aria-live — never signalled by visuals alone.
Restrained motionAll animation honours the system's reduced-motion setting; with it on, motion is off entirely.
Works without scriptsKey content is rendered on the server. Scripts enhance; they are never the gate. If a price does not appear, enable JavaScript, or write to brief@yonderwell.com for the current quote.
Contrast and sizeBody text contrast is checked to AA; pages zoom to 200% without losing content.

How we check

Automated and manual checks in parallel, with records kept.

Automated scansaxe-core (WCAG 2.0/2.1 A+AA rulesets) across every key page in all four languages — currently zero violations.
Manual walkthroughsFull keyboard walkthroughs of interactive flows; screen-by-screen rendered reviews, mobile included.
Contrast re-checksContrast findings are fixed and re-tested on the spot — most recently, darkening the ground of a case-frame label.

Known limits

Some case photographs carry captions drawn into the image itself; the equivalent information always appears in nearby text or alternative text. The demo sites are design specimens built to the same baseline.
